Terms & Conditions

You can shop as many products you want in the same order – you always pay only one shipping cost per order. All orders exceeding 1000 SEK excluding transport costs are sent free of delivery charge. Minimum age for ordering goods from jollyfloorball.com is 18 years.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date the order was made.
We reserve for the final sale of certain items. If you have a longer delivery delay, you will always be able to cancel the purchase. If so, contact info@jollyfloorball.com
Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an email confirmation email with information about your order. It’s good if you save the order confirmation to be in contact with any contacts with us.

Payment options

We use secure payments via PayPal where you can pay either with a credit card or directly via a PayPal account.

Shipping

We use the safest and fastest way to deliver the goods to you, normally via international courier DHL

Transport

If the product is damaged or lost during transport, Jolly Floorball AB is responsible for payment. However, you must notify info@jollyfloorball.com within 14 days. If the product is damaged or lost when you ship a return to us, you as sender are responsible for payment of product and transport charges.

Return Policy

You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered defective goods without giving any reason. Notification of this shall be given as soon as possible, but o later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods. Notify info@jollyfloorball.com The right of withdrawal does not apply when you have ordered a product with a print, such as a t-shirt. Then the purchase is binding.
In order for the return to be processed as quickly and smoothly as possible, we need the following information; order number, invoice number and title of the products you wish to return. The returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition in the original case. (Seal or protective plastic must not be broken). Return the item together with the invoice. Enter return case “Refusal” on the back of the invoice! You must pay the cost of return postage yourself.

Complaint

We guarantee that the goods you ordered are undamaged at delivery. Should you receive a defective  product, please contact info@jollyfloorball.com as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. The goods  shall be unused and undamaged. Return the item together with the invoice (or a copy of this, both front and back). Fill in the reason for the return on the invoice back!

Should your product break as you think may be due to faulty product, please contact info@jollyfloorball.com. Failure due to normal use is normally not a reason for claim.  For assessments you may be required to send photos or the product to our service center at you own cost.  Should it prove that the complaint is approved, we will refund the shipping costs and replace the product free of charge.i.
The responsibility for errors in the ordered product is limited to what has now been stated.

 

Freedom of choice

Disputes under these conditions shall be settled under Swedish law.
